The building location offers spectacular views across the village from this outstanding Penthouse apartment, with wraparound balconies and shared wellness facilities which adds to its buildings charm. This spacious family friendly apartment sleeps 8 with the option for 1 additional child on a bunk bed in one of the twin bedrooms.

Chalet Jessica is located in the centre of the village, at the heart of the shops and restaurants and is a 6 minute walk to the ski slopes or a few houndred yards from the free ski shuttle bus stop. Just up the road (50m), you can take the Hannig lift up to the start of the 5 km toboggan run, or if you wish for a quieter time during the day, there are fabulous walks back down to the village with various mountain restaurants from which to enjoy the views.

The duplex apartment has been designed with traditional alpine interiors with a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms. Located on the top two floors of the building, with exposed timbers, old features, fireplaces in the sitting room and master bedroom.

The apartment sleeps 8, and has three twin bedrooms and one double all of which are en-suite. During your stay you will also have access to wellness spa located in the apartment building. With a hot tub, sauna and steam room you will be suitably rested and rejuvenated for your next days adventure.

The large sunny sitting room has a huge comfortable sofa and armchair, there is another sitting room upstairs with two arm chairs and a desk. There is an open kitchen and dining room, with large dining table that can seat up to 10.

The apartment benefits from a wide sunny south facing balcony off the sitting room with table and chairs. You are afforded stunning views over Saas-Fee and the majestic glacial peaks that tower above.

REQUESTS

We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge of 15CHF per bag will be deducted from the security deposit.

All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.

Recycling point can be located under the police station / end of the car park.

Wellness and Washing and Dryer facilities are shared. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with these services as we have no input to the overall management of the apartment block.

TOURIST TAX

Saas Fee charges a mandatory Tourist Tax (Kurtaxe) on all guests. This is charged in CHF, per person, per night.

We require all guest names & d.o.b's on booking so we can register your party into the tourist system.

This property is marketed by SaasFeeHolidays and managed by Royal Alpine GmbH. Members of the SFH X RA team offer full over the phone concierge; pre, during and post reservation; they will give you information and guidance to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible. A member of the team will come and visit you on your day of arrival to make sure you are settled in and they are on hand 24/7 for any emergencies.

Saas-Fee is a small Swiss village which offers impressive 360 views of the outstanding mountain range. As a result of its car free policy, family ownership of bars & restaurants and property laws, Saas-Fee has managed to retain its traditional charm: peaceful, yet engaging.

Saas Fee is a car free village, the best way to travel is by foot to take in the scenic views and the charm of the village. However, free ski buses are available throughout winter to take you to the ski area or if you'd like a more private services, specifically for arrivals and departures a taxi service is available.
